「毎日楽しいの為に」 Flawless Passion
It has only been a short time of a few months since I returned from my trip to Japan, where I had spent most of my savings. Although I am not exactly in a position to make any large purchases for a while to come, I knew that I didn’t want to miss out on a certain limited edition game release.
My loot for this month is:
- 【PSP】探偵オペラ ミルキィホームズ２ [限定版 1.5無] PSP Tantei Opera Milky Holmes 2 [Limited Edition w/o 1.5]
Embarrassingly, I haven’t finished, or even played much of, the first game that was released last year in February. I have seen and thoroughly enjoyed the anime, so I know most of the characters. However the cover art for this game shows some characters that I have never seen before. Being the limited edition, the backside of the box designed in Nendoroid style, featuring G4’s Akechi Kokoro who is an adoable character in my opinion.
I purchased this limited edition without the 1.5, which is an enhanced version of the first game. The differences include newly re-recorded dialog, additional scenarios, and art style re-drawn to be closer to the anime. Sadly, a tight budget meant buying the version without 1.5 included.
Here are all the contents inside the box: the Nendoroid, the PSP game, and the drama/soundtrack CD.
Inside the PSP game case are actually more goodies as this first edition comes with some Weiss Schwarz promotional cards. However, I won’t be opening the game case until I finish the first game. Let’s move on and take a look at the Nendoroid.
Here is Nendoroid Akechi Kokoro herself, styled after the anime. These photos don’t illustrate this well, but I am very impressed that the twirly hair in front of her ears (not her twin-tails) are made of soft material that bends very easily and does not get in the way of posing at all. I wish that the long bits of Sharo’s hair was like this too.
Let’s pose and play with this Nendoroid a bit.
That’s it for now. This Nendoroid of Akechi Kokoro is just perfect to go along with Sharo. Sadly, the rest of G4’s members likely won’t get their own releases. At the very least we did get Kokoro-chan! (こころちゃん言うな！)
